Welcome to the Royal Kuhio Condominium, the premier Waikiki destination.  An elegant high-rise in the very heart of exciting Waikiki, the building is ideally located for you to take advantage of all this area's attractions.

Through these doors lies a world of excitement. The 7th Floor is our recreation deck. It features a large swimming pool, saunas, ping pong and pool tables, barbecue grills, exercise equipment, space to catch Hawaiian rays, and much more.  

Our attractive apartments will sleep 4 people comfortably.  The private lanais have  great views.  Imagine sitting in the warm Hawaiian sunshine, gazing at the ocean, the Ala Wai golf course, the Ko'olau Mountains or Manoa Valley. All apartments have excellent views.  Wherever you are, you won't be looking directly into someone else's apartment.

Our units are fully furnished and equipped with everything you need--except your toothbrush--to feel right at home.  The kitchen has a four-burner range, a full-size refrigerator and a microwave oven.  There are many homelike "extras" such as popcorn poppers, wooden snack trays, ice buckets, and the like.  Cable TV, VCRs and books provide indoor entertainment.  Each apartment has its own personality--no two are alike. 

Prices begin at $750 per week during the low season. Anywhere you stay, you'll also have state taxes. Daily maid service is not provided.  There's a check-out cleaning fee added to the rental so you are not expected to clean the apartment before you leave.

Discounts are available for AARP members, military personnel and airline employees.
